Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers or credit vouchers feature a unique voucher number. Our vouchers may only be redeemed once and they cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, or transferred.

1. Experience Gift Vouchers or Credit Vouchers may be used in lieu of a deposit when making a reservation, however, a credit card will also be required to secure the booking.
2. Monetary Gift Vouchers may be used for both experiences and stays.  Where used for a stay the voucher will be used as payment towards the deposit with, if applicable, the balance payable by credit card at the time of booking.
3. The gift voucher or credit voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies or digital copies will be accepted.
4. Knockderry House cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of a gift voucher or credit voucher.
5. Cancellation of a booking with less than 14 days before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.
6. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.
7. In the event that the value of the Gift or Credit Voucher does not cove the full cost of the accommodation, food, beverages or other services then the balance must be paid by the redeemer.
8. Postal vouchers. There are additional costs associated with provision of a postal voucher. Such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher. *
